Delete your Pingoo account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from the application

  1. Open Pingoo and go to Settings.
  2. Select Delete account.
  3. Read the consequences and enter your current password.
  4. Confirm Delete account and wait for the operation to finish.

The application signs you out after the server completes deletion. Closing the confirmation dialog or pressing Back does not delete the account.

Data that is removed

Your sign-in access is revoked. Email, username, password credentials, profile details, avatar, last-seen information, device and push tokens, notification settings, reactions, receipts, contact requests, and active invitations are removed or irreversibly anonymized. Active Pulse sessions and calls are ended.

Messages that remain

Messages already delivered to chats remain in other participants' history, including their content, time, order, replies, and GIF metadata. Your former profile is replaced by an anonymized Deleted account identity.

If you cannot access Pingoo

This page does not submit a deletion request. If you cannot use the in-app deletion flow, contact support from the email address associated with your account:

support@pingoo.one

Support will require account ownership verification before processing a request. Do not send your password or confirmation codes.
